The Proprietor provides the long-term vision and capital expansion planning, while the Chief Operating Officer (COO/CEO) manages daily logistics, terminal operations, client relationships, and authority liaisons. \n\nEach shift at the berths is led by a Port Operations Manager, who coordinates directly with Stevedoring Supervisors, Crane Operators, Mooring Crews, and safety monitors in the yards.
